It was a vision of the current Chairman, Council and Administration, to bring the Couva/Tabaquite/Talparo Regional Corporation firmly into the twenty-first century. As the world changes and is now technologically focused, so too must the Corporation follow. By providing the citizens of this country with information which will enable the Corporation to better serve the general Public.
